The Law of Attraction can be understood by understanding that ‘like attracts like'. What this means is that whether we realize it or not, we are responsible for bringing both positive and negative influences into our lives. 4) Hmm... weird again. Dunno what books you've read, but that is totally false. Nothing is perfect and the "LoA" I subscribe to doesn't say what you've described. Visualizing is only one tool of LoA... one which I don't really use. The perfect relationship and perfect diet are total BS. you don't visualize those things, you either build them (a good healthy relationship, not a perfect one) or follow them (a good diet).
You change your state by consciously being aware of your thoughts and thought patterns. Our thoughts are one way into changing how we feel. And this is why there are so many videos about changing our thoughts and how we think (and you should watch them. They’re like vitimins. You can’t have too much. You’ll just pee out what you don’t need.) Our faulty thinking creates the negative state / energy that attracts nothing but dead ends and more discouragement. It’s a shitty loop most of us call life. Whatever you feed grows so feed the good in your life. You don’t think there’s any good in your life? That’s just means your joy muscles are very weak. There’s always someone with less than you so start the practice of finding the good in your life.
Although there is a lot of worth to even simply learning what the Law of Attraction is, you can really start using it to its full potential when you begin to understand that it can be used in subtle ways every minute of the day. Becoming more mindful of your own thoughts helps you to see to discover what you should keep or remove from your own mind and the reality your experience. You will become more attentive to underlying negativity and can start to combat it with new beliefs and feelings that better reflect your positive vision of the coming days. As far as I know, I have never died before - although who knows? Apparently, you know the answers to these questions. We are reincarnated? Ok. I guess I'll take your word for it. Make the most of chance opportunities. Lucky people are good at creating, noticing and acting upon chance opportunities. They do this by being open and adopting a relaxed attitude toward life, therefore they see what is there rather than only what they are looking for. They view every social interaction as an opportunity for mutual benefit and growth. They talk to a lot of people and keep in touch with them. They don’t just interact with people for the sake of interacting. They actually take time to get to know people on a deeper level. This wonderful book confirms and drives home what I try so hard to do...FOCUS on what I DO want as opposed to what I DON'T want. As I always say, "We have the choice to see the GOOD in people and the CHOICE to take the RIGHT road." But it's so hard to do. We create our own reality. When there is a person in your life who chooses to see the bad in you and makes sure you are aware of his or her distaste or low opinion of you, (true or not), you feel bad. This person sees life through critical eyes and only sees bad, ugly and distasteful. It really isn't you at all. It's that person and that person needs to help himself or herself. You can't fix it. We all do the best we can with the hand we are dealt. Sometimes to keep focused on the positive and the good we need to weed people out of our lives so we can stay focused on the positive. If possible, we can try to understand why this type of person does this. It's these peoples own insecurity usually that drives them to try measures to cope that usually involve manipulaion of the people around them. They want so badly to be accepted and loved. After all, that's what we all want most in the world. You'd think that since we all want the same thing basically, why relationships are so hard. These people try to emulate other people on the surface, place themselves on a pedestal to get that attention that is craved. Then when people don't buy into it the person gets irate and lashes out. It's a sad state of affairs and it's hard for the people in these peoples lives to deal with the problem. It takes a very special person to try to understand and deal with the problem. You can spend only so many years trying; sometimes the impossible situation needs to be aborted for the sanity of all concerned. These people are just completely miserable to be around and the irony is that they accuse others of having the very flaws that they are guilty of. Being positive can only go so far. Some situations are impossible and it isn't worth beating yourself up over. There are few Saints in the world, however, one or two DO pop into mind I know personally. I have so many wonderful people in my life, as I'm sure we all do, people I treasure in my life who live the values in this book. We all are surrounded by so many people that we choose to be around because of the genuine, unassuming, caring people they are. In turn, they allow us to be the person we want to be and return their admirable qualities. The hardest is being that positive, genuine person to someone who openly finds fault with everything and everybody. Therein lies the challenge. Sometimes life's challenges force you to make heart breaking choices and what you want doesn't happen no matter how positive you try to be. You can only do the best you can. Even though most of this book is pure common sense, it helps to read the obvious more than once until it's engrained in our brains to stay focused on good vibes. Yes, ask yourself what you want, not what you don't want. This book keeps you focused on LISTENING to your common sense! Ultimately, by all means, project positive, to receive positive. BUY IT! READ IT! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Have you thought about making someone else feel lucky? One of the easiest and most satisfying ways to attract good luck to yourself is to give it to another. Tape an envelope with a dollar or two inside to a park bench or other place where you’ll know it will be found. After finishing this wonderful book, I'm thankful for the refresher course on using this law to help me attain the life I desire. One of the first pages describes the definition of the Law of Attraction. "I attract to my life whatever I give my attention, energy and focus to, whether positive or negative." This great reminder is so valuable in refocusing your efforts even if you are having success in life. The author's "observation cycle" is valuable when you realize your present life is not going well (enough) and you are causing more of the same problems if you are focused on your present circumstances. I like to think about the cycle if your life is going well too, make sure you keep focusing on the great things and don't expect bad things to happen soon. Great work on the chapter of "allowing" success in your life too. The speed of the law of attraction depends on how fast you allow the beautiful things that life represents into your life. Lastly you must have faith in the universe to allow it to bring the things you want into your life without exactly knowing how they will get meshed in your present circumstances. This last thougth is difficult but have faith and you will get there. In summary, an outstanding guide the Law.
Everyone knows that achieving your goals takes hard work. Successfully achieving your goals and getting what you want out of life requires more than just being in the right place at the right time. From doing well in school to practicing a specific skill on a regular basis, reaching your goals requires a positive attitude, an unwavering persistence and a belief that making your dreams a reality is a worthwhile pursuit.
Look. Yes, you should have a vision of what you want your life to look like. I have a very clear vision. But it’s not hanging over my head. It’s in my pocket. Actually, it’s in my phone. And it changes as I change. They are a list of wants and goals but not needs. They do not define me or my worth. My vision acts as a compass. Do I want these things? Fuck yes I want these things. Will I not allow myself to be happy if I don’t obtain them? Nope. Been there, done that. Never again.

Let go of negative past experiences. Holding on to negative experiences from your past will keep you trapped in the past and shut you out from good fortune in the future. To push past your previous bad luck, you need to let go of the negative stories running over and over in your mind. Whenever you notice yourself focusing on these negative stories or retelling them to others, immediately stop yourself from doing it. Ask yourself to let go of the past.
If you are constantly worried about bad things happening, or negative outcomes, then you are using the law of attraction against yourself. To worry is really to apply most of the above steps, towards a negative outcome. You are visualizing the negative outcome and asking the universe for it with pictures of the negative outcome; you are feeling the feelings of the negative outcome. Stop worrying and follow step seven above.

Just like you I have been reading and searching as much information related to this topic since I first heard of it years ago. I have fulfilled most if my goals and dreams. But guess what!! None of them are related to yachts, eating caviar, sipping champagne or waiting for a private jet to fly me to my private island. None of those are goals in my life and all of them except for the private island and the yet I have experienced and enjoyed without even having to be a tycoon.
